Due to the affordable nature of our products and hygiene reasons, *we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges in all cases. All sales are final.*

If a prepaid order is not delivered due to an *incorrect address, contact details, pin code, or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will be happy to reship it to you at an **additional charge of Rs. 200*.
Exchanges & Replacements
An exchange or replacement will only be issued in the following circumstances:
- Incorrect item received
- Product defective on arrival
- Parcel damaged during transit
In such cases, we require customers to provide a *complete, uncut unboxing video* from start to finish, ensuring all labels are visible. This video serves as evidence for the shipping carrier and helps us assess the issue accurately.

Requests made beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for assistance.

Cancellations
Order Cancellations by Kosha:
We strive to fulfill every order with care. However, on rare occasions, we may be unable to process an order and may need to cancel it due to unforeseen circumstances or system errors.
If any portion or the entire order needs to be canceled, we will promptly notify you. In such cases, any payments made for the canceled item(s) will be refunded to your original payment method within *3-5 business days.*
